TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery:

  • We are not responsible if your order does not arrive at your door for the specific time you have selected.

  • Deliveries are made anytime between 10am-3pm Tuesday and Wednesday. Anytime between 6pm-9pm Thursdays and Fridays and anytime between 10am-3pm Saturday.

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed  for exact time as requested as we may have many deliveries on the same day in different directions. If you need your box for a specific time it is always suggested to pick up instead of delivery.​

  • Please note that you WILL get your order between the times that are listed for different days.​​

  • Orders will be placed on hold until payment is sent/received

  • Delivery orders must be paid in advance by credit card or etransfer to blissfulbrowniesmtl.sales@gmail.com

Allergies:​

We are not responsible for any allergic reaction if allergy is not listed in the special request as stated on the order page.​

Returns & Refunds:
Given that all our brownies are made to order, they are all final sale. Should you encounter an issue with your order, please send an email to blissfulbrownies.mtl@gmail.com and we will do our best to fix any issues. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage done to your order if you request to have it left outside or if you are not home to receive the delivery.

Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel an order, please make sure to do so 24 hours in advance (36 during holidays) for a full refund. If the order is canceled in less than 24 hours (36 during holidays) you will not receive a refund of your total amount.

Please note you will be charged 50% of your total if decided to cancel under the 24 hour limit if chosen to choose to pay upon pick up or charges added onto a future order.
